2 year surface warranty. The purchaser shall at all times ensure that each product is fit for the use to which it is to be put and the actual conditions of use are suitable. Incorrect use of any product (eg cleaning of whiteboards with abrasive materials etc .. will void any claim or warranty). The whiteboard warranty applies to the writing surface only. It does not cover misuse (deliberate or unintentional) which includes inappropriate cleaning methods, incorrect installation methods, dents, scratches or what we feel is inappropriate use. Ghosting on the whiteboard surface is not cause for a warranty claim as it is considered a possible ‘normal’ occurrence in commercial magnetic whiteboards.
