Return Policy
NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED OR WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FIRST BEING APPROVED. NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL
Any and all claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods or in the case of an order not received then 14 days from when we emailed you confirmation of shipment. You will need to either email us or call us to obtain a RA (return authorization) number, (provide full details of your original order):

You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.
 

  • Any product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories Any unopened (must be still in its plastic wrap)
  • We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from www.okoffice.com.au.
  • We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. (This is limited to the warranty period) Items that are returned more than 7 days after shipping, will be charged a restocking fee of $25 or 10% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts.

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
www.okoffice.com.au policy is replacement not refund, we can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged (within the warranty period). To exchange an item first either email us or phone us and we can explain the best method to resolve any issue you have. 

Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Some items are non-returnable at our discretion such as buy-ins and including dated items such as diaries.
Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at www.okoffice.com.au. This does not apply if the promotion has expired.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
