It does not cover misuse (deliberate or unintentional) which includes inappropriate cleaning methods, incorrect installation methods, dents, scratches or what we feel is inappropriate use. Ghosting on the whiteboard surface is not cause for a warranty claim as it is considered a possible ‘normal’ occurrence in commercial magnetic whiteboards.
